Chandni Dey is a dynamic entrepreneur, visionary leader and beauty & aesthetics professional whose journey reflects passion, reinvention and a commitment to creating meaningful impact.
Her professional journey began in the Bengali film industry in 2008, where she gained valuable experience in the world of beauty, presentation, creativity and the entertainment industry. This experience became an important part of her journey and eventually inspired her to explore the broader world of aesthetics and beauty.
In 2014, Chandni Dey entered the aesthetic healthcare industry and founded Charm We Maintain Skin Solutions. Over the years, the clinic has evolved into a trusted aesthetic destination offering a wide range of advanced skin, hair and aesthetic treatments, with a strong emphasis on personalised care, quality and patient satisfaction.
For Chandni, aesthetics is not merely about enhancing appearance. It is about restoring confidence, helping people feel good about themselves and creating a positive transformation in their lives. Her approach combines a deep understanding of individual concerns with a commitment to responsible, personalised and result-oriented aesthetic care.

IICA was created with a vision to empower aspiring professionals with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to build successful careers in the rapidly growing aesthetics industry.
The institute prepares students for diverse career pathways, including Skin Therapy, Aesthetic Practice and Entrepreneurship, while encouraging them to develop the professional and business skills needed to create sustainable careers and ventures.
For Chandni, education is an extension of her entrepreneurial vision — to not only build successful businesses, but also create professionals and entrepreneurs who can shape the future of the aesthetic industry.
